Wonderful host, delicious breakfast - amazing place for families and couples
Liked: Wonderful host, delicious breakfast prepared and served by the host, air-conditioning in the room, pingpong table in the yard, location.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing.
Home from home and a warm welcome
Liked: Gabriele & Laura were very helpful from the time of our booking to our final departure, answering questions regarding my husband's diet requirements upon booking; to ordering a taxi for our return to the airport.....and helping in between. Our room was spotless and the bed extremely comfortable. Shower area excellent. Aircon, TV, fridge and safe provided. The breakfasts were super, all freshly prepared each morning and such a wide range of choice. Gabriele cooked fresh eggs each morning...we had perfect boiled eggs or omelette for my husband. Fresh fruit, cereals, fruit juice, yogurts breads, pastries and choice of coffee all available. We were made very welcome and looked after extremely well. We would highly recommend their place to stay Thank you Gabriele and Laura.

Liked: Staying at Gabriele and Laura’s delightful villa really made the most perfect start to our mini tour of northern Italy, Gabriele is the perfect host, a true gentleman, very attentive and makes an amazing breakfast including a daily surprise treat, that really sets you up for a day of exploring Sirmione and the surrounding area. The room was very spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and much needed aircon. If you are visiting Sirmione/lake Garda then definitely consider staying at H2O, you will not be disappointed, we wished that we had stayed longer.
Disliked: There is absolutely zero to dislike about this property or the hosts.

Highly recommended boutique hotel
Liked: A very stylish and clean boutique hotel in a quiet location. The bus stop is very close, making it easy to visit the old town. The room was comfortable, and the toiletries were high quality. The branded water bottle was a nice gift. The owners provide excellent, attentive service, and the breakfast was very good. One of our best hotel experiences, highly recommended!

Best B&B in Italy
Liked: Very friendly host. Room clean and fresh. Bed comfortable. All amenities included. Breakfast delicious and made with love. Private parking included. Close to the lake. It's one of the best B&B's in Italy we have ever stayed in. If I'm ever in this area I will definitely come back:)
