Exceptional
Our stay was fabulous in every way
Liked: Our room had a beautiful Lake view. Peaceful location ideal to explore from. All the staff throughout Hotel were exceptionally friendly, helpful and that helped to make our stay even more special. Reception staff sorted hire car and taxis. Amy the lady who looked after our room was very good and the dining room / bar staff were super attentive.
Disliked: Maybe the bathrooms could be a little bigger

Liked: Beautiful hotel by Lake Garda. Breathtaking view from the hotel restaurant. Excellent location. Very friendly staff. Plenty of free parking. Clean room.
Disliked: The breakfast could be improved with more refresher foods. The restaurant food didn't meet the expectation.

Lovely end to our honeymoon
Liked: The hotel is based outside the town at the bottom of the lake so the views are gorgeous. There is a bus stop outside if needed and large car park. Breakfast has lots of choice and the staff are incredibly friendly.
Beautiful hotel in a adilic location
Liked: Absolutely amazing location within metres of the lake, very quiet location, 1st class smart and well maintained property and gardens ~ perfect for a relaxing time, great menu lunchtime and evening with a fantastic choices of breakfast, we had a great room with lovely sun terrace looking straight on to the lake, sum times it’s worth paying a little more for such a lovely property

Lovely hotel right on the lake
Liked: It is an excellent lakeside location with uninterrupted views from our balcony room.
Disliked: Nothing about the property the staff are delightful and helpful. However there is a bar close to hotel which was very noisy on Saturday night until 2.30am Had we known the staff would have reported the bar to local authorities for noise had we called them. Lesson learned, the staff couldn’t have been more apologetic about it.
