Exceptional
Great location!
Liked: Perfect location in the middle of Old Town. Close walk to everything.
Disliked: Rooms and bathroom a bit outdated.
Quite comfortable and convenient for a short staying
Liked: The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Sirmione historical centre, close to restaurants, thermal baths, bars, shops. The staff was super helpful and assisting, and gave us all the information we needed to simplify our staying, including the reminder about the annual change of time. They reserved for us the parking that is conveniently located just outside the centre, a few hundred meters from the hotel, and remain reachable any time. This was great service! The room was small but it was ok, we got everything we needed, including a safe and the kettle for preparing hot beverages and some free water in the fridge.
Disliked: The sound isolation from the other rooms and from the common areas of the hotel was poor. Luckily the was absolutely no noise late evening and night.
Great location, fine for a couple of nights max
Liked: Excellent location in the heart of Sirmione.
Disliked: Bathroom is dated. Lack of a receptionist meant going to the sister hotel to meet staff to then walk back to the hotel to organise payment.
Liked: Location if a little noisy at times
Disliked: Absence of receptionist. Although thanks to WhatsApp able to solve any issues
Excellent facilities and location
Liked: Excellent facilities in the room - bar fridge, kettle, tea, safety deposit box. Exceptional location and surroundings area. Welcoming reception with plenty of help getting to location with whatsapp communication.
Disliked: Bed was a little hard and tea didn't get topped up with cleaning service.
Fantastic stay, definitely recommend
Liked: We stayed here for 2 nights and it was in an excellent location in the heart of the old town. Surprisingly didn't have any street noise. Bathroom was clean but found the shower a little slippery. Mini fridge handy. Staff very friendly at the front desk.
Disliked: Room on the smaller side if you have big bags but totally fine for us with smaller bags and wardrobe was handy to put things in. Neighbouring room was noisy but not the hotels fault.
