Fabulous
Wonderful!
Liked: The staff were fantastic – very kind, friendly, and attentive. The hotel is quiet, clean, and located in beautiful surroundings. The food was delicious, with a great variety of dishes to choose from, and the waiters were always attentive and helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable, and met all our expectations. Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality! We had a fantastic stay!
Disliked: There was nothing we didn't like.
Liked: Very friendly staff. Well located. Breakfast was excellent and varied. The hotel is exactly as described and shown in the pictures.
Disliked: Beds/Pillows could be more comfortable, but would definitely stay there again

Liked: Clean everywhere with fabulous showers in the rooms and comfortable beds.Close to sirmione and lovely park. Was nearly 300 per night so expected they would provide us a snack on arrival seeing as we paid for half board. Drinks were reasonably priced and the pool area was fabulous with a big pool and no problem with getting seats.
Disliked: We paid for half board and arrived just after dinner finished, i asked in advance if they could save us something for the room or provide a snack instead but they said we could pay for a snack at the bar even though we had paid for half board 4 course meal. Also, no one explained to us how to place our order for food on the first night so we missed out on a course for dinner on our second night. Our room was garden view suite but we had a 15 ft bush outside so could not see anything in the garden. Neighbours had access to our patio which was on the bottom floor so it was not private enough to sit out.
