Beautiful and elegant
Liked: The location was amazing, overlooking the lake. Our room had a balcony and we loved sitting outside watching the sunset. The reasturants connected to the hotel were amazing with lovely staff. I would love to return back to this hotel again
Disliked: everything about this hotel is amazing expect this one issue we had. On our last morning, after we returned from breakfast, I noticed that about 30 ants were crawling at the end of bed under the sheet. We reported the issue to the front desk. She had apolgized but there was nothing else that was done to accomdate us.
Worth every penny. Location is great. Manos restaurant is insanely good
Liked: The restaurant MANOS is amazing. The staff was extremely gentle with us, the food was superb. Finally a place apart from the Michelin star restaurant that is worth the money. A delicatessen. Truly the highlight of the stay.
Disliked: The unfortunate things is that check in is at 14:00 and checkout at 10:30 with a limit of usage until 23:00. So you end up not using it that much. But overall amazing. The bathrooms are outdated. The shower and also the hair dryer are terrible. I would also add better shampoo and hair balm products. Breakfast could be improved to be honest. The staff from it is not that amicable also.
