Beautiful location, relaxing
Liked: Nice location, friendly staff
Disliked: Lot of spiders and webs inside the hotel and in the room. Dead flies covering the windows. The garden is outdated and the pier needs maintenance. The pool was dirty and I got an infection from the water.
Liked: The location of the hotel is exactly at the front of the old city of Sirmione, that make it perfect to be in. Overall a good for the location, as it quite as well at night
Liked: LOCATION! 1 MINUTES FROM THE ENTRANCE OF THE CASTLE! SERVICE FROM THE STUFF! ROOM BALCONY VIEW TO THE LAKE! FREE WINE BOTTLE AS A PRESENT FROM THE RECEPTION FOR MY WIFE'S BIRTHDAY!
Disliked: TEMPERATURE OF THE ROOM WAS HIGH FOR OUR NEEDS AND WE DIDNT HAVE ANY ACCESS TO CHANGE IT THE SIZE OF THE SHOWER CABIN TOO SMALL FOR MY BODY SIZE
Liked: The view is amazing. Room is clean. Parking cost around 10-15 e. 2 min walk from the center. Sauna is fabulous with great view.
Disliked: Bathrobe charge 😂 10e. Not much, but ridiculous for hotel to charge for it. Hotel full of old people.
Liked: The room with the balcony was amazing (sunrise side). The thermal facilities fee is included in the room hotel price. Really nice sauna, steam room and outdoor pool. If you drive, this is perfect as this is one of the last hotel before the car-free zone (ztl) and the hotel has a parking. In worst case, the public parking is right in front. Walking distance to the castle and old town / ztl zone.
Great stay at Garda lakeside
Liked: Lovely hotel situated perfectly on the lakeside. The garden was exceptional with a peer into the lake for swimming and cooling down. Hot pool! Took some getting used to but after a short while it was really lovely. Spa area clean and good saunas. Great staff!!! Especially Stefania in the lobby but everyone was very helpful, nice and professional.
Disliked: We were in a very small room that was comfortable, the shower was outstanding….but a little small.
