Fabulous
This is a 2 star hotel, not a 4 one
Liked: The reception staff.
Disliked: First of all this is not a 4 star hotel. One has "hypotheticaly fallen" between our reservation and our arrival, as you can see on the hotel panel in the attached pictures. As for me, our accomodation was more like a 2 star at most. Here are a few reasons: 1)Our room was located next to the pool, which means we could hear all the people who were passing by or eating in the morning by the pool. Luckily this is closed during cold season; I can't imagine hearing all the noise the guests make during summer. 2)Our curtains were transparent and in the evening all the people who were passing by could see what we were doing in the room. 3)Our sheets were with a lot of stains and they weren't changed during our stay (as you can see in the pictures). 4)There were no slippers for the guests. 5)On the second day we left a dirty towell on the floor to be changed and the cleaning lady put it back on the hook. 6)The shower is the smallest I have ever seen. Good luck taking a shower if you are a little bit more overweight. And the bathroom door was making an annoying squeaking noise, which waked everyone up, if someone was going to the bathroom in the night or in the morning. 7)The parking lot was really narrow. Thank God we didn't scratch our car. 8)Breakfast was too basic. On two out of three days we had to wait at least 5 min until the omllette tray was filled up and it was in just a few seconds over. And what kind of italian breakfast is without olives? Or mozarella? Or good quality cheese? Or focaccia?
Short, but nice stay. Will return for sure. Highly recommended!
Liked: Staff is very kind, helpful and communicative. Hotel has all amenities needed and many services are very near (groceries, restaurants) and breakfast is great!
Disliked: Minor things that didn't bother us much during our short stay - room could be a bit larger for four, some noises from the hall during the night (elevator or vending machine?!).

Disliked: The shower in the triple room is semi-transparent and has no door, which is completely unacceptable. In the double room, the bathroom and shower are extremely small, leaving no room to get dressed comfortably.
