Amazing view
Liked: Amazing location right on the river front.
Disliked: People smoking on the balcony next door filled our room with smoke. Not the hotel's fault, of course, but a nuisance all the same.

Disliked: Need to walk quite a bit to get to the restaurants and other places for sightseeing

Good hotel in a great location
Liked: Super helpful receptionist. After Verona airport was closed he managed to get us a taxi to Milan Linate at very short notice when they were all booked up. The lakeside location is just amazing, we had dinner under the setting sun next to the lake, with a swing trio to accompany us. The views overlooking the lake were stunning. Breakfast was fine.
Disliked: Lack of inside comfortable seating - but as we were there only one night it was fine. The pillows were too hard.
