Exceptional
Liked: Location. Friendly staff, good communication and transfer from parking to the appartement.
Disliked: The appartement was much different as the pictures. There was very strong smoking smell. We were opening the windows, but couldn't solve the problem. Generally the apartment was not very clean. Bed mattress was not OK (on 1 side there was a hole). On the picture there was a terrace, but it actually wasn't there.
A perfect Sirmione escape!
Liked: The location is INCREDIBLE, and the owners are amazing. Incredibly friendly and attentive, with such a great attitude. The decor of the room was lovely, and the bed was really comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay and will definitely be back again in the future!
Disliked: I would say the only thing missing from the room we were in is a full height shower. The shower head is attached low down so we ended up sitting in the bath to shower. But that is such a small detail compared to all of the great things about this accommodation.
Great value, great location, loved the rooftop patio
Liked: AC, in the middle of old town, parking was well organized, room is cute with a great rooftop patio
Disliked: Can’t think of any
Perfect location, friendly helpful host, has all you need
Liked: Fantastic location right in the middle of old town Sermione, gelato, shopping and restaurants right at your doorstep.
Disliked: The patio didn’t have the fir you’re shown it was just sun loungers. The bathroom was a separate room outside your bedroom. Lastly, not specific to this property but getting taxis is a nightmare, there are never any available so transport to and from train station is difficult.
Liked: Location, massive room, bottled water left in the fridge, easy check in,
Disliked: Shower in the room
Liked: Perfect location. Great value for money
Disliked: Nothing. Perfect stay would recommend
