Liked: Great location in centre of Sirmione. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Room extremely comfortable, private and lovely garden aspect. Michelin restaurant fabulous, food and service. Thanks Roberto.
Wonderful hotel but staff should not have access when not required without permission from the guest
Liked: Lovely rooms, excellent view & supportive staff at front desk and breakfast. Special mention of Ahmed who gave service with a smile
Disliked: Breakfast was really not good, invasion of privacy by house cleaning staff when we had not checked out and she was in the room pretending to clean the bathroom. Our bags were all open and her coming into the room that time was absolutely unacceptable and totally an invasion of our privacy, which left a bad taste in.
Absolutely delightful stay
Liked: Everything was perfect from the outset. All communications were answered promptly. Accomodation, breakfasts and evening meal at Michelin star restaurant were superb. Assistance with getting to car was greatly appreciated
Disliked: Nothing, everything was perfect
Liked: Everything was going good when we arrived, everyone was very helpful and nice then the room was not a 5 star hotel, was full of mosquitoes and smelling like old furniture. The room that we stayed was equipped with the sauna and was very nice and clean. The breakfast in the morning was average not a Michelin star for sure (but the Restaurant for dinner or lunch for sure is wonderful and has the nicest view in town. The day we left we told the reception that we’re leaving earlier than 9 am when the breakfast starts and they promised will have some pastries and coffee made for us to take it to go ( and was nothing like that) also I have to help the only 1 guy that was there to load our luggage in the car. Please if you guys go to Sirmione eat here but don’t stay here is more like 3 star service and Hotel.
