Fabulous
Liked: Very clean room and common areas, great location, free parking on the street.
Lovely stay
Liked: Great communication for check in and friendly owner. Good size accommodation with nice communal area. Bed was very comfortable and fan was great. Nice towels and mini fridge. Decent location and close to a great spot to watch the sunset only 7mins away
Disliked: Bathroom dated and shower tray didn't drain well but not a deal breaker!

Disliked: Air conditioner was broken. With hot weather it was pretty tough.

Liked: Spacious room, big bed, huge walk in closet, big double sink bathroom, nice balcony area. Camilia was always easy to reach and very helpful. Nearby to the shuttle to take you up into town
Good with some observation
Liked: Although the location is very beautiful and the villa is spacious and tastefully decorated, there are a few issues that, even if they may seem like minor details, do make a difference and affect the overall experience.
Disliked: First of all, there were several burnt-out light bulbs and some non-functioning electrical outlets, while the terrace has no lighting at all, which is quite inconvenient, especially in the evening. Another aspect that I found particularly disturbing is the presence of video surveillance cameras in the common areas. I believe this should be clarified from the perspective of data protection regulations and proper notification of guests. In addition, there are far too many labels marked “private property” in the shared living room, including in areas where you would naturally expect to be able to use plates, glasses or cutlery, especially since the property provides access to a kitchenette and a microwave. The property has a lot of potential and is very pleasant overall, but these issues should be addressed in order to make the experience truly enjoyable. I would recommend this property more confidently if these problems were resolved.
