Exceptional
Liked: We had a wonderful stay! The owner was welcoming and hospitable, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The breakfast prepared by the owner was a lovely personal touch. Communication with the property was smooth and easy throughout our stay. Our room was beautiful and cosy, with a lovely terrace offering stunning views of the Bay of Naples and Vesuvius. The perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!
Liked: Location is walking distance to center in the main street and the room was big with a hall and a small coach room with big bathroom too.
Disliked: The breakfast was poor, very few options, eggs available only at request and just boiled taking time to cook. Staff was not friendly and not flexible is difficult to see a smille in 4 days.
Liked: Really spacious and nice room. Good value.
Disliked: We were warned about high pressure on the shower and the water coming out into the bathroom but despite low pressure water still gets out and is a mess.

Disliked: While the building itself is aesthetically pleasing with a well-maintained garden and a functional pool, the overall experience falls incredibly short of what is expected from a 4-star establishment. The management and customer service require urgent professional restructuring. 1. Service and Professionalism:The customer service completely lacks the hospitality typical of this category. The staff demonstrated a notable lack of professionalism, both in their attire (excessively casual clothes and flip-flops, inappropriate for public-facing staff in a 4-star hotel) and in their demeanor. The front desk staff is rigid, unhelpful, and remarkably hostile if guests request minor flexibility regarding common areas or seating. Any interaction is met with defensive attitudes and passive-aggressive silent treatment. Basic manners and hospitality standards are severely lacking. 2. Breakfast and Room Amenities:The breakfast is extremely basic and does not meet international quality minimums. There are no hot options or natural products; everything consists of low-cost industrial packaging. Basic supplies are heavily rationed among guests, with an alarming lack of cold water. Furthermore, the rooms lack essential features such as a minibar or complimentary drinking water—a critical oversight during hot weather since the tap water is non-potable. Additionally, free-roaming cats frequently enter the communal dining area and guest rooms, compromising basic hygiene. 3. Substandard Maintenance and Equipment:The room details are entirely unaligned with a 4-star standard. The bed headboards show visible patchwork repairs and dust. The bath towels are excessively thin, rough, and show signs of severe wear. As for toiletries, replenishment is practically nonexistent, limited to low-grade combined hair/body foil packets that force guests to purchase their own
