Exceptional
Location, beautiful, would stay again
Liked: Beautiful renovation. The property was the perfect location to walk into the centre of Sorrento. Even though we were on the first floor, we still had a lovely little view. All the staff were lovely and it was a pleasure to stay.
Disliked: Our suitcases took a little while to arrive in our room but I wouldn’t say this is something I didn’t like. Just something that could be improved.
Outstanding hotel in a primo location
Liked: Outstanding in every way. You’ll pay for it, but everything is expensive in Sorrento. It was first class. I’d stay again!
Highly recommend

Disliked: Attitude of staff somewhat aloof at times.

Great property in great location
Liked: Great location. Very new modern building.
Disliked: We liked everything about the property. We received 13 messages from the property. Mostly just asking how we liked it. But too many to read and react to.

Liked: The hotel was fantastic. So much so I decided to stay another day there. Amazing staff, great breakfast, nice pool, SUPER helpful with my needs to travel to another place, I had the best time and would go back in a heartbeat.
