We really enjoyed our stay. Great hotel in a great location with breathtaking views
Liked: I loved everything about the hotel! The bedroom and view were perfect. The bed was super comfy. The tropical shower was just fantastic! The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels supplied. The hotel was so modern, fresh and clean. The staff were all friendly and polite. The buffet breakfast and bar menu had everything we liked to eat. The pool and pool area were spotless with lots of loungers and the views across Sorrento and the bay were simply stunning! The pool got sunshine from sunrise to sunset! The hotel shuttle bus service was ideal for getting into Sorrento and back to the hotel and it ran like clockwork from 7.45am to 11pm daily. Drop off and pick up from the train station was perfect for getting around Sorrento.
Disliked: There were no bottles of water in the room when we checked in or supplied daily during room cleaning.

Liked: The view of The Bay of Naples was amazing and the location was good. The restaurant was outstanding and the staff was very friendly and accomidating.
Disliked: The shuttle bus could run a few more times a day to give hotel guest more options.
The best holiday we’ve had, will definitely be coming back again!
Liked: The restaurant food was unbelievable, the breakfast was too as there was so many options. The view of the sea with the balcony was like something out a movie scene! The staff were so friendly and very helpful and very funny at dinner time!

Liked: Amazing views. Lovely pool. Fabulous breakfast. Shuttle service to & from sorrento train station. Great staff & service.
Disliked: It is a steep hike up to the hotel if you miss the shuttle - it would be great if it ran every hour. Check out is 10am.
No reason to stay here
Liked: Size of room
Disliked: Very noisy, you can hear people from other rooms and the corridor also the air cons of other rooms running all night which makes a very loud constant noise. They also had a party with very loud music one of the nights so I couldn't sleep at all. They did not warn about this party. The pool is too small for the number of people. The shuttle busses are not frequent enough so you might as well stay in the city centre.
Lovely place wouldn’t go again unless they changed the aircon or unit
Liked: It was lovely stunning views good place to stay. The staf were top tier very lovely.
Disliked: The air con in the room didn’t work we rang the desk loads of times to get someone to fix it, they sent someone up and said it’s the max setting bare in mind it’s mid July it’s very hot and we was sweating in the room. Wasn’t good enough for what we paid for.
