Relaxing upscale break in in beautiful location
Liked: Incredible view, attentive staff, excellent breakfast. Town easily accessible. Relaxing terrace overlooking the gulf. Nice are for drinks before heading out for the evening.

Perfect paradise
Liked: Grand Hotel Ambasciatori was one of my absolute favorite hotel stays of my life—and I’ve stayed in some pretty incredible places. From the moment we arrived, it felt like we could finally take a deep breath. I honestly could have spent our entire stay in Sorrento right here and been perfectly happy. The grounds, the views, the pool, the private beach area, the sunsets… just breathtaking. We loved being able to relax somewhere so beautiful and still walk into town for dinner. The staff made us feel so welcome, and there was so much attention to detail throughout the hotel. Our room was beautiful, the bed and sheets were heavenly, and even the shower’s water pressure deserves a mention. It’s those little things, along with the spectacular setting, that made this stay feel so special. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Leaving was hard. Completely obsessed, and I would come back in a heartbeat.

Liked: Breakfast is outstanding and the Maitre D and staff are awesome. Giovanni is the absolute best! The hotel is super clean and housekeeping is like clock work. Service is impeccable and the facilities are outstanding.
Disliked: Could use a few more inexpensive “noodles” at the beach patio.
