Disliked: Staff is not service minded or friendly. Be prepared for judging looks, no smiles and ignorance towards the customers needs.
Beautiful hotel, not a great atmosphere, staff not really nice at all
Liked: Property was beautiful with lovely views
Disliked: The staff ☹️ apart from the waiters at dinner time And one receptionist, cleaner threw away our large bottles of water and after speaking to receptionist they refused to bring us a bottle of water! Not great service The other staff were very stern not smiling, rude abrupt We left and went on to our next hotel which was in capri, same prices but so different the staff were lovely
