Exceptional
Liked: Location, clean tidy hotel Breakfasts are excellent
Disliked: The restaurant dinner was of poor quality and very dated menu. Lack of free water to drink in Rooms.
Loved staying here! Would highly recommend!
Liked: View facing the bay and city was spectacular. The room was very large and with a table and chairs facing the bay so you could enjoy the view in your room or on the deck.
Disliked: This isn't something I didn't like but a nice enhancement would be coffee service available in the lobby area to take back to your room.
This was an amazingly beautiful property and top notch in every category!
Liked: Great views, staff was very friendly and helpful, excellent breakfast, nice bar and rooftop areas, room was well equipped, bed was very comfortable, very clean, good location.
Disliked: The shower setup was unusual and after each use there was a lot of water on the floor. No exhaust fans so the bathroom stayed very damp.
Liked: Hotel was beautiful, staff friendly, rm big and clean
Disliked: When guest arrive staff should give ferry schedule, and inform there is a beach close by. We did not know. Maybe tell pp how easy it is to walk into town and what is available in town. Also we loved the piano playing in the bar, they should have someone playing more then one night a week

Absolutely gorgeous…we enjoyed every minute…
Liked: Gorgeous property…fabulous views…spacious rooms….quiet location, close enough to walk to the city center/ ports.
Disliked: Breakfast staff was a bit stiff at times. The “bag check” consisted of our bags being tucked behind planters and moved around the lobby…very unsettling.
