Exceptional
Liked: Having been in Positano for 5 days coming to this hotel and Sorrento was a delight. The rooms were great and we were only minutes away from the main attractions and areas. The hotel itself in the property is beautiful and having breakfast in their Courtyard was fantastic along with the selections. Their hotel tucked in between a few buildings was also a wonderful break from the 25,000 step days in Positano.
Disliked: It took about 10 to 15 minutes to walk to the center of town where all the action was but other than that it was beautifully located across the street from a wonderful lemon restaurant
Loved our stay and would love to visit again in the future
Liked: Location, it was comfortable with a nice big room and comfy bed. Staff were very friendly and helpful, good breakfast.
Disliked: That I couldn't use the pools as pools not heated, and rooftop bars weren't open later.Soa treatments were a little expensive.
BEYOND WONDERFUL AND HAD AN AMAZING STAY!
Liked: Our stay was only a few weeks again so my mind is very fresh. Not that I would forget it. This Hotel was beyound our expectations. The staff was amazing and kind. The restaurant was so good breakfast was amazing. We enjoyed everymoment of our stay. I want to mention the staff in the restaurant are so helpful and they did a great job. The SPA was just what we needed. We did a couples message and Teresa and Arienna (sorry if I spelt name wrong) did such a great job. I never had a message as good as that was. Thank you all for making our stay Wonderful!! xo The cleaning lady did a great Job!! She was so lovely.

A great base of operations in Sorrento!
Liked: The staff, the room, and the location were great. The breakfast buffet was excellent.
Disliked: The dinner service at the restaurant didn’t disclose daily specials unless you asked. And the dinner specials were excellent!
Good location
Liked: Great location and beautiful foyer to enjoy breakfast and drinks. The bed, pillows and linen were comfortable and the room size was good.
Disliked: The rooms need updating and the shower bath was not good as I had to hold the shower head to have a shower which made it impossible to wash my hair. We were unlucky to have windy weather on our first night and the door of the balcony would not stop rattling which made it impossible to sleep.
Liked: Lovely large room. Very clean and comfortable.
