Exceptional
Wonderful experience in Sorrento!
Liked: The location is in the heart of the city, close to the most interesting travel objectives of Sorrento. When you come in, the first thing you see is the wide smile of Valerio, an exceptional young man, very friendly, respectful for people and for the facility he is managing. The rooms are tastefully furnished, very well kept and impeccably clean, with everything one needs to feel at home. Valerio gives you all information you need, in a very kind and professional way, careful to details. All of his recommendations for places to see and to eat were top quality for very reasonable prices. He makes you feel welcome from beginning to the end of your stay. For all four of us it has been a wonderful experience. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Valerio!
A truly amazing stay in the best city center location in Sorrento!
Liked: This was truly an amazing place to stay in Sorrento. It was a perfect location in the city center on the cutest street. The room was updated, clean, spacious, with a balcony and large bathroom. They truly thought of every amenity and detail to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. There was plenty of space to unpack and put your clothes and suitcases away and the beds were very comfortable. What made the stay even better was our host, Valerio. From the moment he reached out to us before we arrived, to the check-in process, and everything in between, he made sure we had the best stay. He gave us great restaurant recommendations as well as ideas of things to do during our stay beyond what an "influencer" would suggest online. When he found out we were going to travel to Capri once we checked out, he forwarded us the ferry schedule and options without us asking for help. Valerio went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing stay.
Disliked: Just wish we could have stayed longer!
Liked: * Wonderful host: The host is a wonderful person. He was very kind and responsive, and shared helpful local recommendations for restaurants and attractions. * Perfect location: As its name suggests, the property is right in the city center, with lovely restaurants just steps away. We loved the vibrant atmosphere around the property. * Cleanliness: Everything was very clean, and the interior design was simple and tasteful. * Balcony: There was a small balcony, which was great for checking the temperature outside and enjoying the lively, pleasant atmosphere of the street. * Travel tip: We recommend downloading an offline map of Sorrento on Google Maps while at Naples Airport to help you find the property. We found our mobile roaming connection unreliable in several parts of Sorrento.
Very enjoyable stay
Liked: Valerio is extremely helpful and was contactable at any time if needed. Room was spotlessly clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The size of our room is suitable for short stays (ie 2 nights). We stayed 6 nights and would have preferred a larger room.
Liked: Valerio was a fantastic host and made our stay both enjoyable and seamless. The hotel is in a perfect location right in the heart of Sorrento with lots to do and explore in a close proximity.
Liked: Very central location! Rooms are cleaned everyday and the host Valerio was super helpful throughout our stay:)
