I would definitely recommend a Seaview room
Liked: Everything was wonderful, staff, hotel, room was amazing with beautiful balcony and hillside views of Sorrento, thr marina all the way to Naples.
Disliked: The distance from the lobby to our room. It was not easy and had to use multiple elevators.
Beautiful hotel and would happily go again
Liked: Beautiful, old school hotel with excellent service, beautiful salons for breakfast, drinks, and relaxing; incredible views from everywhere in the hotel; very good breakfast offerings. I highly recommend getting a cocktail at the bar and enjoying the view before going to dinner.
Disliked: The rooms are a little dated and I would have like an area rug in the room (we were there in October) but this is a grand old hotel and this was easily forgiven, especially because we had an enormous terrace.
Outstanding
Liked: View was exceptional and the staff were so so friendly and couldn't have been nicer. Outstanding. Also only 15 minute walk to main shopping area and restaurants. loved it
Disliked: Sorrento Train Station is horrid and rudest service ever but that has nothing to do with the wonderful hotel.
