Fabulous
Liked: From the minute we walked in the greeting area we were immediately impressed with the service, the cleanliness, the beautiful designs all around. Detailed decorating, way more than we had ever dreamed it would be. To be honest, the website does not do it justice. It's a Diamond! As we explored around, the location was more than spectacular. I could go on and on. We are planning on going back there soon, very soon!
Disliked: There was not one thing to even say anything negative. It was perfection at its best.
Amazing! Recommend the Conca!
Liked: Location fab, staff so lovely especially Michele in the restaurant and all the reception staff. We had a suite with a jacuzzi on the terrace - Hensley amazing. Fridge they restocked daily that was free. We just loved it. Recycling on the floors beside the lifts and great drinks at the bar. We ate at the buffet dinner one night when it was raining and it was good. Breakfast very good. Pool good and we had help finding sunbeds in the sun when we thought they were all taken. Lots of shade around the pool but Sorrento is like that with the hills and valleys. We will return!
Disliked: More selection of fresh fruit at breakfast but it was really good otherwise. Great gym too but not easy to find and a couple of the machines were out of order.
Liked: Location is good and staff is friendly.
Disliked: The air conditioning not working the last 2 days of the stay.
Liked: The location
Disliked: Room was outdated, not clean not maintained. Breakfast was below average. They charge for pool beach although we got a waver because we complained.
Location and facilities were fantastic. Also the staff extremely helpful
Liked: Friendly Staff. Salvatore by the pool was so great
Disliked: Interconnecting room wasn’t the cleanest on arrival
Great location, lovely pool, fairly decent breakfast but location is great. Parking for the car is fantastic
Liked: Really nice staff
Disliked: Gym access was very strange. I went in the morning through one entrance and left using the same…. Ended up walking into a conference
