Nice stop for a short stay
Liked: Great location away from the congested city.
Disliked: The walls are VERY thin. Conversations in the adjoining room was clearly heard.

Liked: I loved everything about this hotel! The location was perfect, the staff was wonderful. The food was excellent! I cried when I left!
Liked: The staff is really what made our stay so special! We arrived around 9 AM completely jet-lagged, and even though breakfast wasn't included that morning, they offered it to us complimentary. They also managed to get us into our room by 11:30 AM, which was completely unexpected since we hadn't let them know we'd be arriving early. It honestly saved our first day! Our room was small and pretty basic, overlooking a school, but we actually enjoyed waking up and seeing all the kids heading to school each morning. We also wanted to rent a Vespa to explore the Amalfi Coast but were nervous about the driving restrictions. One of the younger guys at the front desk was so helpful, explaining everything and encouraging us to go for it. He even recommended a town we never would have known about that ended up being one of our favorite parts of the trip. It was so much less touristy and felt much more local. Overall, we had a great stay, but the staff is really what took it to the next level. We would definitely stay here again!
The best of the "Grand Sorrento tradition"
Liked: This is an old fashioned Grand Hotel in the 19th Century fashion, but it benefits from having been built in the 20th century so has modern amenities like a pool, roof top terrace, beach access, etc. Best of both worlds in a town full of Grand Hotels. Super good staff, valet parking, excellent breakfast, lively terrace bar crowd.
Disliked: No complaints. They got me in my room three hours early at no charge. Even found and delivered some papers I inadverantly left in the bar. After three days, everyone knows your name.
Liked: Location is good.
Disliked: The room is small and noisy.
