Very good
Liked: Basic but clean and safe. Great place to base yourself, especially if you have a car.
You get what you pay for but great views
Liked: Good location and great views.
Disliked: We arrived at night so we didn't see the view (the only redeeming factor about our room) until the morning. Very old hotel needs updates but the staff were very nice. You get what you pay for.
a lovely place
Liked: The place was beautiful, peaceful, has a very relaxed and calming atmosphere. We stayed for 4 nights and it was all worth it. We travelled as a family of 4, with a senior citizen as well, I really thought there was a lift, we we're given initially a big family room, but the stairs was too much for my mom, Annalisa from reception was very helpful and accomodating who sorted things for us and get us moved to 2 different rooms, with less stairs to tackle everyday. The other people in receptions are very helpful as well. Annamaria always serves us yummy breakfast, with loads of different choices, with freshly made coffees and hot chocolate for the kids. She is so helpful and always has a lovely smile for everyone.

A step back in time – opt for a larger room
Liked: Balcony view - vintage look and feel
Disliked: We got a good balcony location but a room on a lower floor. We have not stayed one night so it took a while for the sun to reach outside areas and by then we had to leave (11:30). The rooms were in good condition but beds were uncomfortable and right by toilet door. Walls were thin so you could hear people next door (toilet and so on).
3 work colleagues visiting sorentto for 4 nights, I picked this hotel for the views. And they didn’t disappoint
Liked: The views from from our room was truly amazing day and spectacular at night. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was a 10 minute walk into town but the views on the walk were fantastic, we found a lovely restaurant to stop for a drink on the way.
Disliked: The staff were fantastic especially the lovely Annamarie, she won a place in my heart, such a friendly and helpful lady. She is an asset to the breakfast room and the hotels team. 5star lady!
