Liked: Loved it staff where very helpful great location. Room and breakfast where great

Great location and friendly staff, but the cleanliness of the room needs improvement
Liked: The location of the hotel is excellent. It is right in the city centre, and there is a door inside the hotel that provides a shortcut to the main area. The staff were very nice and always willing to help.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the room was not clean at all. The bed was dirty, and the cleanliness could definitely be improved. The breakfast was also not very tasty.

Liked: The location.
Disliked: Didn't like the paper cups. No Kettle in the room to make tea. They started to mow the lawns around the pool at 10.30 am while we were all laying around the pool and were also cleaning around the pool.. They opened the gate to the pool at 9 am. So why didn't they clean everything before opening the gate.
Great position
Liked: The position was amazing and swimming pool was a bonus.
Disliked: The pushy staff, wanting you to buy from them, once you didn’t they lost interest in you! We had an economy room and the view was what we paid for I suppose!
Liked: Location is great, in a quieter area than the main hustle and bustle of Main Street. We got a newer apartment style room and while it was nice, the controls were difficult to set and air con wouldn’t come on for us which was annoying in such hot weather
