Exceptional
A really nice and comfortable 9 nights in Sorrento
Liked: Friendly and polite staff. Nice reasonable restaurant with tasty food. Great views from the room/balcony.
Disliked: Breakfast ends at 9:30 which is a bit early for us (i like my sleep) but we were never rushed and could always stick around for longer. Everyone is pretty chilled out.
Liked: It was a lovely location and a lovely place. I will say it is like a beautiful young woman who has aged. You can see the beauty, but she could do with a little touch-up. The breakfast was great and the balcony wonderful. I loved the location high up that gave a great view. The staff was really nice. The room was comfortable.
Disliked: I had no problem with it but you are bound to a shuttle which may not be to some ppl's liking. The bad thing about that is that it stops from about 12 to 3. It does start early and ends late. The shuttle is about a 5 to 10 minute walk with luggage from the train station. Once you get the hang of it, you can work with its schedule.
I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. Will choose it again in my return to Sorrento
Liked: View from my room was excellent: You can see Naples in the distance, mount Vesuvius and other towns spreaded along the coastline. Breakfast included great variety of choices. I liked it. Shuttle service was fantastic!
Liked: I honestly loved everything about this hotel but the highlight was definitely the food, not only the breakfast was very good but the food in general was delicious!
Great home base to explore the region
Liked: Stunning view. Loved the shuttle service - used it every day. Enjoyed eating at the restaurant - we ate there most nights of our stay. Breakfast had good variety. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable. Appreciated having the use of a laundry. Would definitely stay again!
Relaxing location out of city hustle
Liked: Perched on the hills of Sorrento, the hotel boasts gorgeous views of the Gulf of Naples. What truly sets it apart, however, is the dedicated staff and their commitment to making guests feel comfortable. If you visit, be sure to say hello to Dino, the property manager, who treated us like family. The hotel offers convenient amenities, including a reliable shuttle service to Sorrento that runs hourly. Additionally, there is an on-site restaurant serving both breakfast and dinner. The breakfast features a wide array of options, such as fruit, juices, eggs, and pastries, while the dinner menu is delicious and offers plenty of variety.
