Exceptional
A quiet and welcoming stay
Liked: The view was wonderful being able to see the Gulf of Naples and the Gulf of Salerno from the same vantage point. Also, I have to mention that Italia at the front desk was exceptional!!! Her warm nature right from the moment we met until our last interaction, was truly appreciated! I would go as far to say that as someone in the hospitality industry myself, it isn’t very often you come across a genuinely caring and sincere staff member. Disliked: The fact that the shuttle buses ran infrequently to get to town although I can appreciate the fact it would be difficult to have them run every hour of the day.
We would definitely go back next time we visit the Amalfi Coast
Liked: The view from the hotel was spectacular. The hotel grounds were well maintained and offered great views of the Amalfi Coast. The hotel offers a shuttle service to Sorrento that you can easily schedule.
Disliked: It would be nice if the rooms had charging stations for your cell phones.
Hotel Prestige made our honeymoon truly special with their exceptional hospitality
Liked: Our stay at Hotel Prestige was absolutely amazing, and we had such a wonderful time celebrating our honeymoon! All the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile and offering fantastic recommendations for things to see and do. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay extra special, especially by ensuring we had plenty of vegan options at breakfast each morning, including delicious croissants and oat milk cappuccinos. We really appreciated the thoughtfulness and care they put into making us feel so welcome during such a special time in our lives. The little touches and outstanding hospitality made our honeymoon even more memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend Hotel Prestige to anyone looking for a wonderful experience!
Disliked: The hotel is a bit further out from Sorrento but they offer a free shuttle to and from the town centre.
Great location, friendly staff and comfortable room
Liked: The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. They even organised a treat at breakfast on the occasion of my wife's birthday. Their recommendations regarding local restaurants were very worthwhile. I was just a few minutes' walk to the Ristorante da Tonino (amazing view over the ocean to watch the sun setting over Capri),and the Ristorante Lo Stuzzichino in Sant'Agata sui Deu Golfi sent a minibus for four of us. The free shuttle service to Sorrento was much appreciated - the one-way taxi fare would have been €70 at least. The meals at the snack bar were very good quality and reasonably priced. The hotel organised transport from Naples and back to the airport which was very comfortable with careful drivers. which was well worthwhile, as there had been a landslip between Sorrento and the Motorway on the morning of our departure, and to driver arrived 30 minutes early to allow for the inevitable traffic delays

Liked: We really enjoyed our stay at the Prestige Hotel! Everything was excellent: the hotel was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious and varied, and the location was convenient. We would also like to highlight the excursion arrangements—everything was well-organized and hassle-free. A big thank you for the transfer service! We were met and taken to the hotel, and on the day of our departure, we were picked up on time and driven to the airport. It was very convenient and made the trip much easier. Overall, we were left with wonderful impressions. Thank you to the entire staff for their care, attentiveness, and kindness! We would gladly stay here again.
