Very good
Comfortable, beautiful, attention 20/20!!
Liked: The premises, clean, beautiful view, people very helpful!!! The entrance was a bit scary but it’s just because it was in a hill 🤣!! I was scare but very very nice hotel. Our dinners were delicious!!
Disliked: The pressure of the water, very very little pressure!
Liked: The hotel owner was extremely diligent and attentive, contacting us several times before our arrival to confirm our evening check-in time and even arranging for someone to record a video tutorial on how to complete self-check-in, which they sent to us. Our flight to Rome was delayed by two hours, and due to overnight road construction on the highway from Rome to Sorrento requiring a detour, we didn't reach the hotel until 3 a.m. Nevertheless, we smoothly checked in on our own by following the video instructions. The breakfast at this hotel was the most abundant we've had during this trip. The owner also kindly advised us that reversing our itinerary in Amalfi would save time, providing a detailed map with marked routes and parking locations. Overall, we were very satisfied with the hotel's service and highly recommend staying here.
Friendly good hotel
Liked: Comfortable bedroom, friendly staff, manager at reception who was very helpful about taxis and deliveries
Disliked: It was quite far from Sorrento and without a hire car, that was a drawback but it would be fine with a car rental.
Good place to stay
Liked: The staff was really nice and always willing help.
Disliked: The facilities inside the room could be better. The room was clean but they some maintenance.
Liked: The pool was great!
Disliked: The floors in the bedrooms were very slippery.
Brilliant
Liked: Lovely. We had a great stay. Stunning location and the staff were so accommodating and friendly. Will definitely go back.
