Exceptional
Beautiful location, lovely cafes and restaurants located close by all with in walking distance, train station with in wa
Liked: Location is excellent, super clean, friendly staff
Nice place in the heart of Sorrento
Friendly and located in the center of town
Liked: Location and l liked the different lighting options that were possible in the room.
Disliked: A small item was that my room was in front facing street and the room darkening curtain did not fully cover the window to block out the street light so suggest to fix that.
Liked: Continental Breakfast was great with lots variety of pastries & fresh fruits
Disliked: High traffic front street.
We had a very nice stay. Sorrento is beautiful
Liked: I loved the location and the AC was strong. Staff very helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast buffet could have used more fruit.
Nothing particularly special to praise
Liked: There wasn’t anything particularly special about the accommodation considering the price we paid. It was basically just a place to sleep, and I don’t feel that it offered good value for money.
Disliked: The way the accommodation was advertised was quite misleading. The photos on Booking.com prominently featured the hot tub and massage facilities among the room photos, which made them appear to be part of the accommodation and contributed to the overall impression that we were paying for a more complete experience. However, after making the booking, we received an email explaining that these facilities were not included and that an additional £90 had to be paid to use them. Considering the price we paid, the accommodation itself did not offer anything particularly special. In reality, it was mainly just a place to sleep. I believe the additional charges and the way the facilities were presented in the listing should have been made much clearer before booking.
