A nice hotel in Sorrento
Liked: The beautiful pool area with the lemon grove, the spotless lobby and the small but near room. I have to mention Marco at the reception, who unlike his colleagues, helped me find a doctor and actually took me there. God bless you Marco. There are angels everywhere.
Disliked: The surly attitude of some of the reception staff.
Holiday in Sorrento
Liked: The hotel was very clean, the rooms were very comfortable and cleaned every day. There were lots of options for breakfast. The hotel is around a 10-15 minute walk to the town centre but it is an easy walk, no steps!
Disliked: The hotel is on a very busy junction with a lot of traffic noise, this isn't something that the hotel can control but something to be aware of. The double glazing on the balcony doors overlooking the street is very good.
It's an "okay" stay
Liked: Breakfast is okay. Location is good as it is walkable from the train station Did not use the pool as we are going out everyday.
Disliked: I reached out before arrival and requested if i can check inat 9am. I was informed that it is okay. Upon arrival it was not granted. Noisy as our room is facing the road. No hotel slippers. No bottled water at least provided
Great location and reasonably priced
Liked: Great location, walking distance to Piazza Tasso and close to the train station. Clean towels every day if you wanted. Good breakfast.
Disliked: Not able to have a second key card which made it difficult if one person wanted to go out whilst the other napped or stayed by the pool. Lack of loo roll in bar toilet. Sometimes difficult to order menu items at breakfast. Lack of somewhere to hang coats etc

Liked: The pool was great and the restaurant next to it was so delicious!!!
Disliked: Room could’ve been bigger
