Fabulous
Don’t recommend for longer vacation. Room is small & noisy
Liked: It was okay, not great. The hotel is located near downtown, but staffs are not friendly.
Disliked: Room 24 was noisy during midnight due to toilet piping issues.
The hotel is very accommodating and highly recommended
Liked: Central location to all restaurants, shops and activities. Parking close by. The hotel has an elevator which is a positive feature. Breakfast was good. Highly recommend this hotel.
Disliked: Nothing
Liked: You cannot beat the location in its proximity to transportation, In the heart of the city center. The hotel is regionally beautiful. The breakfast is plentiful in the staff. In the kitchen very friendly.
Disliked: My room had a musty odor even with the air conditioning on, there was black mold in the bathroom. There is typically wonderful staff. There is one woman I prefer not to encountering, because she just is not nice. But the location overrides my dislike for the one desk staff person in the morning
Good for a short stay
Liked: Style and colours of the region. Beautiful tiles.
Disliked: Music noise from nearby bar till at least 3am was intrusive.. not excessive but noticeable.
We would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Sorrento
Liked: This property is right in the heart of Sorrento by Piazza Tasso. It is an intimate hotel with great rooms and service and an exceptional breakfast including scrambled eggs and bacon which comes with the room. The woman who does a superb job of overseeing breakfast makes a wonderful cappuccino, too!
Disliked: Nothing. It did take us a minute to understand the lights because we were bleary eyed on arrival, haha! But it did not detract from our stay.
Excellent location, wonderful staff
Liked: Location
Disliked: Breakfast hours
