Fabulous
Luxurious and historic hotel
Liked: Location was great, walking distance to lots of cool streets and places, easy to get to and from the port and train/bus station too. Breakfast was also really good and so handy to have when big days planned.
Disliked: We thought we had booked a sea view room (Via photos) and apparently it wasn't which was disappointing. The shower wasn't awesome either, but it is an 800 yr old building so maybe to be expected.

Go there but don’t relay on a help with some usual services
Liked: Very nice place, location and amazing garden.
Disliked: I tried to book a transfer from the airport but it hasn’t come even the hotel confirmed it. The transfer was booked under the condition that if we are late we should pay 200 euro per every hour. But it just hasn’t come. Then we booked a private boat to Capri at a price which was at least double than the usual but it hasn’t come again. So I wound not recommend the service by the reception. Also, our rooms were not really cleaned every day.

Liked: Location is Great...on the cliff overlooking the ocean....
Disliked: No water in the room provided for free in the room No coffee maker in the room Hallways are very narrow.

Disliked: Elevator is on the small side but otherwise we were very very happy!
