  Fantastic location in the heart of Sorrento

  Liked: Very clean, great location, very convenient, late check-in was easy. Communication with staff was very good. Elevator was a plus as was air conditioning, and the staff set us up with a reliable parking service.

  Disliked: Beds were not very comfortable but they provided plenty of pillows. Property was advertised as 4 beds (1 queen and 2 twins) and paid for as such; but on our late arrival we found they only set up the queen and a twin sofa bed. She explained that they only set up the one twin because there were 3 people on the reservation. They offered to set up another twin (likely a cot) but there was already no place to sit with the couch being converted to the twin, so we declined. Be aware this is in a busy area that is loud late into the night with music and dining guests, so opening the windows is not logical at night.

  Amazing location very cute boutique rooms

  Liked: The location to everything is amazing. Julia and all the staff is really nice. Very accommodating. Thank you.

  Disliked: Beds are a little hard and pillows could be fluffier. We did get stuck in the elevator but they quickly got us out as fast as possible. Very responsive.
