Exceptional
Perfect stay
Liked: Absolutely incredible location and a beautifully unique property. Great communication prior to the stay made check in effortless. So glad we stayed here as opposed to other properties we looked at. Thank you so much!
Disliked: Would have enjoyed the coffee pods being replaced after the first two were used, and knowing the tourist tax was cash only prior to arrival (perhaps I missed this somewhere, so could be my error)
Perfect location for a Sorrento stay
Liked: The location is outstanding. It's right in the heart of town. The room was very nice and clean. Staff was wonderful.
Disliked: Our only complaint is the bed and pillows were not very comfortable.
Liked: very close to town center, staff was nice and helpful, the room like classical style
Disliked: The shower has bad smell
A good place to stay and great communication from the host
Liked: Allowed me to leave my luggage as arrived early and communication was great
It was a great property to stay but sleeping was difficult
Liked: It was clean and close to local restaurants and getting to the ferry.
Disliked: It wasn’t the fault of the owners, they were terrific. It was the fact that the ‘night life’ went on till 2am in the morning. Lots of noise while trying to sleep.
Our stay was good - we enjoyed it - the room was spacious, clean and the hotel was very central
Liked: Assistance from Salvatore who made sure that everything goes smooth.
Disliked: Maybe breakfast could be served in a better way.
