Exceptional
We loved our stay at Marina Grande Residence and Spa and would definitely recommend it
Liked: Our hosts, Federica and Jessica were absolutely amazing. The communication prior to our arrival was excellent and they were on site ready to welcome us when we arrived. They provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and made all the arrangements for a private shuttle to the Naples airport on our behalf, which was an immense help. The included breakfast was a nice touch.
Disliked: The only issue was the a/c was a bit challenging to use, but that was a minor issue.
Great location, near good restaurants, by the beach
Liked: Great location, confortable bed, very clean, good selection and quality for breakfast.
Disliked: Instruction to arrive the property should have been more clear
I didn’t enjoy my stay, staff unresponsive even in an emergency
Liked: Nothing really apart from the fact it was near the fishing village, which was picturesque.
Disliked: We had a major issue power cut therefore no electricity,no air conditioning,no hot water and not even emergency lights within the apartment which other apartments and reception had. Due to lack of lighting within and around the property during the power cut I cut my toe. The next day there was no real assistance or any worthwhile apology. The receptionist said “she was sorry but she was just the face for the property and had no real say”. Apparently she was going to report it to the Manager!! The property have refused any compensation and it was actually the breakfast server whom resolved the issue as there was no response from any of the telephone numbers given. The Spa was closed and the photos don’t really portray how badly lit and secluded the property is. Cooking facilities poor, lack of equipment, etc. It could also do with refurbishing. I wouldn’t recommend Marina Grande to anyone.
Amazing stay. Great location. Friendly staff
Liked: So close to everything! So nice and everyone was so kind and helpful.
Disliked: Nothing.
