Exceptional
Exceptionally beautiful and unique central stay where the staff were amazing and such a central location and would defin
Liked: A truly beautiful and unique place to stay. Staff were exceptional, friendly, informative and professional and nothing was too much trouble. The room and cleanliness were outstanding and the location central and everything in walking distance. The restaurant and food was wonderful. Thank you for an amazing stay.
Disliked: The only thing we thought could be improved was breakfast as if you wanted anything cooked it was individual things such as you could for instance order beans but only beans as you could not order eggs with it which was a little strange.
Excellent central location; Friendly and helpful staff; Excellent breakfast; Large room
Liked: The location & setting. The size and style of the rooms.
Disliked: The heated towel rail wasn't working. The outdoor breakfast area was a little cold in the morning (some heaters would be nice).
Loved our stay, staff were friendly and helpful and we felt extremely safe

Great stay!
Liked: Room and bathroom were spacious and had great amenities. The breakfast options were wide and varied, of the best we had in Italy. Staff were super friendly, sent us a pin via whatapp to help us navigate our way there. Its a short walk to almost everywhere, on a quiet street. The hotel is set in a garden which is very pretty and tranquil.
