Liked: Nothing
Disliked: They made a false report against my booking.com account for leaving them a bad review and that I reported being harassed by men in the room. You have to make the beds yourself and lots of people were not making their beds and sleeping on bare mattresses. I told them about this and they didn’t really care but it definitely added to the room having a very strong odour that was really disgusting. Aircon was also not working in the room which I also told them and they didn’t do anything. It kept turning off randomly in the night. Very far from Sorrento and not in Sorrento at all so when I booked for Sorrento and ended up forty minutes down the road I was surprised. There was an incident in the room at 2am where a large group of around 6 men were being very disruptive and woke up the whole room and security had to come and tell them to be quiet and they said they would kick them out the next day but never did. They are also baiting for good reviews on google they’ll give you a free can of coke or soft drink if you give them a good review.
Really great place to stay with bar and lovely breakfast
Liked: Great hostel. First time staying in one and would definately return to this one. Great spacious common areas.
Disliked: Quadruple room was very very small. Air con turned off as it was october but still very warm so had to leave window open Requested a bigger room but could not facilitate us.

Liked: 24/7 reception and supermarkets close by.
Disliked: the bathrooms seemed to never be checked and were not very clean, same with the rooms. the whole place was quite cold and the sheets given are very thin, though you can pay extra for a decent blanket if you want to be warm. the food advertised looks completely different to the food served, and the 'Margherita' pizza has meat on it with no warning? out of stock on a bunch of stuff. it's low cost but you really do get what you pay for.
Disliked: We just don’t recommend the breakfast.
Liked: It was just a short walk to a number of beaches and ports
