Fabulous
Great location for visiting sorrento
Liked: Great location, friendly host, spacious room and terrace balcony. Felt like good value for money.
I would stay again
Liked: I loved the central position of the hotel and the large balcony. It was very clean and had everything you need in it. It was very close to the train station and had a lovely fountain and lawn area nearby where dogs would go for a wander (which was great for me).
Disliked: The one and only downside was the slowness of responses to emailed queries.
Great location and friendly staff, making for a convenient and comfortable stay
Liked: Excellent location. The train station is within a 5-minute walk, and the port is also within a 10-minute walk, which is convenient. The staff were very friendly and gave us a thorough introduction.
Disliked: There are some water stains in the bathroom that could be cleaned more thoroughly, but it is still acceptable.
Liked: No breakfast was offered. The room was great and very comfortable. The location was close to shopping and restaurants. Easy to walk to everything. It was close to the train station.
Disliked: We had difficulty finding the apartment. It would have helped to have a picture showing where the front enterance was, as the numbering was not very clear. It took over 20 minutes for anyone to respond to our WhatsApp communication, even though we told them what time we would arrive.

Great budget place to stay
Liked: The room is one of 6 on the first floor of a block of apartments only 3 minutes from the station and a 5 minute walk to the main square so very convenient. There's a supermarket about 3 minutes away.and numerous restaurants. I was travelling with 2 friends, we each had a room. The reception is not attended, Rosa messaged asking for an estimated time of arrival so she could meet us there. She was very friendly and explained the rooms and the keys needed. The room was very clean though a little basic but more than adequate. It had a large balcony with a wind down blind. There was a fridge and a kettle. Coffee, tea, sugar, paper cups etc are on a table in the reception area for you to help yourself. The air conditioning was very efficient. The shower room was large though a little dated but clean however, the shower area could do with some new grout and the chrome was coming off the basin tap. Sadly no room to store luggage before check-in/ after checkout. We all enjoyed ourselves and thought the rooms good value for money considering their position and would happily stay again.
