Exceptional
Liked: Gorgeous old building with very large spacious room! Very comfortable.
Disliked: Host wanted to know very specifically what time we would arrive, which was difficult as we were travelling from an island on multiple modes of transport. This is becuase they only open reception for check in.

Liked: We had the best time staying at the Secret Garden Relais. Gennaro and his team were extremely accommodating and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Gennaro helped us book a boat trip and gave us a lot of info on where to park our rental car, local trains, places to eat. Breakfast and coffee were delicious. The location is perfect as well. We would absolutely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone looking to visit the area.

Liked: Gennaro was amazing. He helped us with sights to see and the best places to visit. The hotel itself is located withing a beautiful garden.
Disliked: The air conditioner was loud and we had to put a towel in the headboard since every little movement made it rattle and bang.
A fabulous four night stay in a lovely hotel with it's own secret garden
Liked: Our four night stay at the Secret Garden was just perfect. The surrounding gardens were so lovely, it really did feel like a ‘Secret Garden’. The rooms were all very clean and comfortable and having air conditioning was just great. The breakfast each day was lovely, with a wide selection of cakes and pastries which was an added bonus. The hospitality of the host was exceptional. He was so accommodating and helpful with all of our requirements and he went above and beyond what was expected. He always made sure we were happy and that everything was as we needed it to be. He was always available if we needed anything, he gave us lots of advice and tips and he was always very easy to contact. We were a family of 10 and everyone had a truly lovely stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the train station and around a 10-minute walk to the pretty town centre and harbour area. We would highly recommend the hotel and would definitely stay here again if we visit Piano di Sorrento.
Disliked: Nothing, everything met our expectations and on several cases exceeded them. The hotel was a great little find!

Liked: The breakfast on site was wonderful. The room was very nice and good storage for clothes etc. it was quiet and very Quaint. The staff were AMAZING. We felt very welcome. The location was very easy walking distance to the train and beach.
Disliked: Not close enough to city centre to walk to town.
