Please do yourself a favor go to a real hotel
Liked: Only the location… the place was a total disappointment. The building was under renovation. There was jackhammering there was insufficient lighting in the lobby. Shower handle was broken. No hot water ants in the room upon check-in. No one to tell no response from texting with booking.com. Very shameful V home should be taken off of booking.com immediately or a rep should go out there and visit the place. Do not go! Get a real Hotel if your dates are available.
Disliked: Ants in room upon arrival, no one to tell because of self check-in no response to text on booking.com from “Alessandra”had to wait till next morning when breakfast person Angela came in and took care of the ants, shower handle was broken, no hot water and then the toilet flush button broke as well. Angela had to fix that too. Very disappointing. Stay was my worst ever I had to stay there for two weeks because my room was prepaid and there was no place else to go. I love Sorrento but not VHome. The entire building is covered in scaffolding for renovation. It should not be allowed on the booking.com platform in the condition that the building is in …this is a room in a very old apartment building.

Disliked: It was complicated to find the location. The shower was broken and not great but decent and we were told there was parking but they only have 2 parking spots for everyone which was taken
Great place to stay in Sorrento and amazing value for the money
Liked: Great location and walking distance to everything. The room was modern, spotless and the breakfast and staff were great!
Disliked: Nothing!
Off the beaten path from the main streets of Sorrento, quiet, and odd checking in procedures but manageable

BAD Experience
Disliked: Cancelled on us last minute, when we’d already arrived at the accommodation. Had to find another place ourselves, they couldn’t even help us find alternative accommodation.
Rude staff, poor breakfast, would not stay again
Liked: The air conditioning was functional and the location was pretty good— easy access to downtown, the laundromat, and not too far away from the beach.
Disliked: The shower was broken, someone else’s dirty underwear was left in a corner, the WiFi was inconsistent, the front desk staff were quite rude and seemed irritated whenever they had to interact with a guest.
