Very good
Liked: Fabulous location overlooking the Bay of Naples.
Disliked: The bungalows were very basic.
Beautiful views and friendly staff
Liked: The view was amazing. We enjoyed the serenity of this location but being close enough to Sorrento but away from the crowds. The staff were all super friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: The rooms and common interior areas were kept very clean and the exterior landscaping was very nice. The rooms need a little attention with peeling wallpaper and the turf on the courtyard terraces are in pretty bad shape but all in all it’s a beautiful place to stay.
Liked: Beautiful views, from the bungalows and even though we chose the garden view was still beautiful, they gave me a choice of garden or sea view, I chose the garden as it was very peaceful, easy access to Sorrento via bus and at €2 euros per person bargain
Disliked: Not as clean as you would have expected when paying nearly €600 for 4 nights, Also a little annoying that we were told the day of travelling that there was no things to use for washing the dishes 🙄 my advice offer a little welcome package, especially if people are there for 4 days, you don't won't to go out and to buy washing up liquid and a sponge this should of been included!! The shower was tiny and the shower head was rubbish,
Liked: Excellent views from the garden bungalows and the pool. Staff friendly and helpful. was offered a free breakfast and also a lift to the bus stop with my luggage. Good location as just a short bus ride into Sorrento. Access to beach from the hotel
Disliked: The bungalows have self catering facilities but there wasn't a kettle
Just a nice view with a pool
Liked: If you're looking for a view, that's the only thing this property has going for it. Unfortunately, everything else was a huge disappointment.
Disliked: From the moment we walked into the bungalow, we were greeted by a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom. It was incredibly unpleasant and immediately made us question the cleanliness of the bungalow. The bungalow itself was unclean and poorly maintained, and it looked nothing like the photos online. The listing is extremely misleading, as the pictures make the property appear far more modern, spacious and well-kept than it actually is. Another major disappointment was the lack of Wi-Fi in the bungalow, most likely because there was little to no service, despite Wi-Fi being advertised as an amenity we expected to have. The location was also far less convenient than the listing led us to believe, with no close means of transport nearby. My daughter frequently had to go and sit by the pool just to get internet access, which is simply unacceptable when you're paying this amount for accommodation. What made the experience even worse was the customer service. We never felt welcomed by the staff, who came across as cold and unfriendly throughout our stay. Instead of feeling like valued guests, we felt as though we were an inconvenience. To make matters worse, on the morning of departure we were woken up at 7:00 a.m., despite the listing clearly stating that check-out was between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. There was absolutely no reason to disturb us two hours early. We also found it astonishing that when our family members checked out after staying in the bungalow for the remainder of our booking, they were asked whether they had cleaned the bungalow before leaving. We found this to be a very strange and inappropriate question, as it almost felt as though guests were expected to clean the accommodation themselves before checking out. We genuinely tried to make the best of our holiday, but after just two nights we were so unhappy that we paid for another hotel just to salvage the rest of our trip. They felt the same in that there was very little to enjoy here.
A very lovely place, excellent views, friendly staff and value for money was great!
Liked: Real nice location! The little Bungalow chalets are super cosy and just what you need, good comfy bed with aircon, little kitchen if you choose to cook… and the shower etc was perfect. Amazing views straight out over the sea! Especially from the swimming pools! Staff were all super friendly and helpful, even asked what we was doing on our last day and offered the keys back to return for a shower after going to the beach which was a very nice surprise! Don’t feel you get that at big fancy hotels sometimes! Breakfast was also lovely, lots of choice, coffee made for you, was great! Highly recommend!
Disliked: Nothing! It was great! Just a steep walk up the hill to get to the road, but the views are worth it!
