  EXCELENT

Liked: We were a group of 7 people and had 4 rooms—a mix of doubles, triples, and a suite. Everything met our expectations, and the suite actually exceeded them. The location is excellent, close to everything important in Taormina. The place was clean, and the rooms included a coffee and tea maker, as well as 2 bottles of water. I have no complaints whatsoever. I would return in a heartbeat.

  Disliked: nothing to complain about

  Disappointing experience

Liked: Location and a decent bed.

Disliked: Multiple flights of stairs to climb. Very difficult with luggage. We didn’t have hot water in the sink. The person who came to check it didn’t speak English, and didn’t fix it. The shower didn’t have a shelf for toiletries. No one on the premises, and multiple attempts to contact anyone.

Liked: Ideal location in the heart of Taormina - room was spacious and lovely with terraza views with peak of the sea and piazza. Very accomodating & friendly hosts. Wonderful responsive communication. Enjoy walking early before the crowds to explore the beauty of Taormina. Al Duomo was very convenient to parking as well. Good value for Taormina

Disliked: The apartment was clean but the floor was definitely dusty and the shower was run down a bit. The apartment could use a bit of a glow up.

Beautiful place in an amazing location. We would definitely stay again if we ever return to this area

Liked: We loved everything about this – the location, the decor, the balcony, everything was wonderful!

Disliked: There’s nothing we didn’t like about the property. Our only issue was the fact that we received many fraudulent communications from people claiming to be contacting us from Al Duomo, asking us for personal information and money. This was an unfortunate breach of security and not the fault of Al Duomo, I’m sure. But that did give us a very insecure feeling as our booking approached.

Pleasantly surprised. Was shockingly nice for the price. I’m very picky and would stay here again

Liked: Super walkable, very clean, cold AC, large balcony.
