  The apartment was simple and adequate

  Liked: Location was excellent. Coffee machine and coffee supplied was adequate. Balcony and the view were a bonus. Host was welcoming and friendly.

  Disliked: Lots of stairs with heavy suitcases was a challenge. $400 AUD per night was enough! Room to place 3 x suitcases, not on the floor would have been helpful.

  Nice location with a view

  Liked: Location was good, view was lovely.

  Disliked: The photos on booking.com has a number of different apartments so what you see is not what you get. My preference is to know what apartment I am booking. It feels more like a lucky dip.

  Spacious apartment with stunning views

  Liked: Top score for fantastic views over both the bay and the town/mountain. (Twin aspect). Amazing view of Etna. Spacious, airy apt. On two floors. Large comfortable bed with good soft pillows! Plenty of hot water. Very clean. Centrally located, but very quiet.

  Disliked: Could do with another mirror! Quite a few steps to climb to the apartment, but the views make it worth the effort.

  Convenient and easy

  Liked: The location and views from the apartment were amazing. Beyond that, it is very basic from the old covered couch to the mediocre beds and lack of decor. Simple little things like any coffee pods, shower gel, or laundry detergent were very notably absent. A trashcan in the bathroom (or upstairs in general) and a mirror would be very helpful.

  Perfect stay

  Liked: Location was perfect to the central town. Yes there were lots of stairs but Taormina is a hilly location. The apartment has the most amazing views over town, ocean and mt Etna. We would love to have stayed longer.

  Disliked: Their is lots of stairs but this didn’t bother our family of 4 (2children 4yr and 6yr)
