  Very calm hotel with exceptional view

  Liked: The view was exceptional, the beds very comfortable and the staff super accommodating.

  Disliked: The shower cabin was placed in front of the toilet, in the middle of the room, so you had to sit with each leg on either side of the shower wall. Also, water was going out of the cabin every time.

  To wake next to a volcano view is an unforgettable experience

  Liked: We never tired of the exceptional view of Mt. Etna from our room, and it was always a pleasure to walk around the local town and sample a different restaurant for our evening meal - plenty of variety of convenient bars and restaurants.

  Disliked: We would of liked greater choice for breakfast and the facility to make coffee in our room

  Liked: Panoramic view from bedroom and terrace was fantastic. Really helpful staff available to help at all times. Staying in Castelmola is a good way to see Taormina as you can catch the regular bus there late into the evening, but there are great cafes and restaurants in the village anyway.

  Disliked: Hairy drive up the road.
