  Sarah was the most genuine guest relations person ever!

  Liked: The most magnificent place I’ve ever stayed A dream come true. Celebrating a special birthday this year. On arrival embroidered pillows saying happy birthday a chocolate mousse cake and champagne. The room is huge and impeccable. This place is a masterpiece.

  A bucket list hotel for sure!

  Liked: Simply one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. The breakfast was outstanding - the most abundant array of delicious products and we were lucky enough to get a balcony seat one morning. We ate in all the restaurants and the food was exquisite throughout. Our room was absolutely beautiful.

  Disliked: There was no long hanging for dresses in the wardrobes.

  The hotel, our room and the staff were absolutely amazing!

  Liked: We booked a large balcony suite and were given the absolute best room with the not amazing view of Taormina and the pool and garden area. Our balcony was larger than most and we will definitely be returning and requesting the same room. The bathroom and shower was enormous. The staff looked after me and my elderly mother and we can’t fault this place at all. We dined at Rosso for dinner and it was so delicious. The entire grounds are divine and the infinity pool is nice but is way too busy during the day with people just standing there drinking. They don’t really swim. What more can I say..it was worth every penny and we will definitely be returning.
