  Liked: Breakast and the staff there were great and helpful. Fantastic views. Nice to a valet and a good price.

  Liked: The location is great. A lots of restaurants and shops, the shuttle bus to airport(6 euro) is 4 minutes walking. The communication with host is smooth. The host is very nice and responds to messages instantly.

  Disliked: I stayed in room 3. There’s a weird smell in the room. The bed is too soft. The sheets are clean but I got a lot of bug bits. Probably from mosquitoes but I really doubt it is bedbugs. I wouldn’t recommend this room if you want a good sleep.

  Large comfortable apartment a short 5-10 min walk to main area of Taormina

  Liked: Lovely large apartment with a beautiful balcony looking over the water. We had an amazing breakfast every morning cooked by Alfina. She was so helpful and gave us tips on where to visit.

  Disliked: On the last night at the apartment near the villa were we stayed there was somebody(neighbour) who screamed and made noise until 4am.

  Disliked: We had a very disappointing experience. We paid extra to use the property’s parking, expecting it to be a safe and managed place to leave our rental car. During our stay, the car was damaged while parked there. We immediately informed the host, who acknowledged the situation, contacted the parking staff, and provided us with paperwork regarding the incident. However, when it came time to return the rental car, the parking operator denied any knowledge of what had happened, leaving us to deal with the damage ourselves. Despite having photos and notifying the host immediately, there was no meaningful follow-up or support to help resolve the issue. If parking is offered for an additional fee, guests should be able to rely on the host to properly communicate with the parking provider and assist when incidents occur. Unfortunately, that was not our experience, and it left us with unnecessary stress and additional costs.
