Exceptional
A Designer's Heaven! Truly beautiful
Liked: It's so beautiful I didn't want to leave!! I was in the suite named Nicola. There is rarely a room I couldn't improve, but this one is essentially flawless (in terms of design) and the owner, Augusto & the housekeeper Vita were both very kind and helpful. I'm not madly in love with Taranto, but if I ever do stay in Taranto again, it will definitely be at Don Alfredo. Don't bother looking elsewhere. This place is a real treat.
Disliked: Almost impossible to fault this place.
Liked: The stuff (I think she is owner) so nice! LOCATION is great and we had 3 best local restaurants in this fisherman area. Don't have to go far. Plus we can see how local lives. Our room is facing the ocean and fisherman boat. Cool!

Liked: Loved everything the decor the location the assistance from the accommodation very kind and welcoming
Disliked: Having to go upstairs to get the keys before getting to use the lift but that's only because I'd hurt myself
Clean apartment in great location but lack of staff meant I would choose differently another time
Liked: The location was great. Right on the water and easy walking to everything. The apartment was very clean and attractive.
Disliked: There was no staff available for assistance either before we arrived or during our stay. The pre booking was confusing and I personally do not like sending my passport picture electronically for security reasons. Also be warned that there are narrow stairs to access the bed and though not a problem for us it could be for some so just be aware of that. And the water pump is quite loud and frequent.
Liked: Very nice view and also very comfortable.
Disliked: Just the tv didn’t worked.
If I am back in Taranto, and it is a wonderful place, I would without a doubt stay at Don Alfredo!
Liked: Everything about Don Alfredo was excellent.. and I don't often give reviews because accommodations are suppose to be good.. it when they excel, then I feel they should be recognized. From the arrangement of the furniture, to the location, to the wonderful staff.. everything was perfect!
