Fabulous
A good hotel. Rooms are quiet and comfortable with a view on the mountains, always nice, and close to restaurants and 15
Liked: I liked that the rooms were quiet, and there was no noise coming from the other rooms above or besides. Very quiet location.
Disliked: Daily room cleaning was a bit of a hit and miss. Also some is my shoes packaging that was not put in the bin, was taken and thrown away from my room, which was disappointing. Also the shower had no power in the water jet, which made taking showers twice as long. The hair dryer also kept cutting out if on the highest temperature. Having a bath was nice, but I had no time to take a bath. Overall I think bathrooms could do with an upgrade.
Liked: Parking, lobby
Disliked: Extra charge for spa, hotel is way to expensive for what it offers
Liked: Great breakfast! 24/7 check in a little slow but overall great experience! We stayed for one night
Great value for money
Liked: The rooms are comfortable, and the bed is great. The bathroom was clean and great. The bar is great; quality/price is off the charts, and everything felt like a deal.
Disliked: Reception onboarding
Nice hotel great staff
Liked: The staff were brilliant couldn’t have done anything more to make the stay comfortable. The parking was easy and really secure
Disliked: N/A
Very enjoyable stay with great service
Liked: We are really enjoying our current stay at the hotel. The pastries and sweet items at breakfast are excellent! It would be wonderful to see a few more non-pork protein options added to the breakfast spread for guests with dietary preferences, but we’ve still found good alternatives. Highly recommended overall!
