  Spacious, well-equipped flat with lift in walking distance of historic Treviso and railway station

  Liked: The communication with Leonardo before hand, on arrival (where he met me and showed me around the flat in detail) and during my stay was perfect. Reprogramming the front door code to a number I would be familiar with was a stroke of genius. The flat is very spacious, quiet and ideally situated within a few minutes' walk of much of the historic core of Treviso and only little more distant from the railway station, as well as being on several bus routes. The grab handle above the bath (step-into-the-bath type shower) was a very welcome safety feature for someone in their mid seventies. Your guidelines give me no clue whatsoever as to where my review did not follow them. Accordingly, it would be pointless to attempt to edit it. I would point out that I have submitted dozens of reviews over many years, giving considerable thought and time to the task. I feel insulted that you could associate me with the kind of behaviour in your list of "dont's" and accordingly will cease to write reviews in the future. Niall Finn

  Disliked: The only slight minus point is the size of the lift but it would only be a problem for those with very large luggage.

  Recommend, great location. I would book again this apartment

  Liked: Great location, walking distance from train station, old town centre,Tourist information and supermarket. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. The AC was an asset.

  A hidden modernist gem of Treviso

  Liked: We loved our stay at this apartment! Truly exceeded our expectations! The place was very clean, smelled great and had everything we needed. The apartment turned out to be massive, as well as the building itself, it is a prestigious modernist time piece. The hallway was beautiful and in the apartment you may find older solutions to what was considered cool to have in a modern apartment. Upon our arrival we were contacted by the host who helped us find the place (we did get a bit lost in the galleries of the complex), opened the doors for us and made sure we checked in successfully while being online and very responsive. The location was perfect, almost at the very center of the town, very close to Pam supermarket as well as nice restaurants and cafes. We appreciated cozy interiors and were very satisfied with our stay. Thank you!

  Not a pleasant stay

  Liked: The host is incredibly kind. It is a spacious apt very centrally located and close to the train station.

  Disliked: Unfortunately after a late night out, I was abruptly woken up to drilling and banging of hammers at 745 am. Construction/ remodeling was directly over my bed. Impossible to sleep, rest, relax or even read. Without any other choice, I had to leave the apartment. When I came back at noon, there was total silence. Why couldn’t they work later in the day and not disrupt the neighbor’s in the morning? I realize that this is not the host’s fault but nonetheless it ruined my only morning in the apartment. Followed by hot water in my shower lasting 5-6 minutes only. Most of my shower was taken cold. Overall not a pleasant stay.

  Great location, very nice place

  Liked: Leonardo was excellent. If we needed anything, he would arrange it.The property was advertised stating it would have a balcony or a terrace. It had neither. I was disappointed with that. It would have been good to get outside. Apart from that, it was very good. I would recommend the property and Leonardo as a really host and a very good property.

  Disliked: It lacked cups and glasses 🥂. A possible additional lounge chair would have been a bonus. But that's just being picky.
