Fabulous
Disappointing
Liked: Breakfast was fine and staff is nice
Disliked: The wellness centre and pool were not accessible due to renovation. This was not indicated on booking.com. Since I chose this hotel because it has a spa, I decided to raise the issue with the staff. However, no apology was given. While I was offered a glass of champagne as gesture, the staff treated me as I was unduly bothering and insisted it was my fault since I “should have enquired about booking the wellness in advance”. Mattress was old and not the standard you expect at a four star hotel.

Liked: Despite being outdated, I want to congratulate the team for extraordinary cleanliness, it is simply amazing how they keep it clean and neat. Also the lady at the breakfast is kind and nice. Parking is free and right in front of the property, which is not common nowadays.
Disliked: It really needs renovation.

Very enjoyable stay
Liked: Very nice hotel just south of Treviso. We stayed for three nights. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Even after checking out we could use the pool. Great breakfast also.

Liked: Beautiful location in the middle of the green. Open space and a relaxing ambience with a really nice reception. The rooms are comfortable and the junior suite has all the amenities i would expect from a 4 star hotel (tea & coffee station, good wifi and more). The pool was really relaxing amongst all the green which was wonderful. Lastly the grate american breakfast of salty and savory was very tasty and eating at the restaurant for dinner was even better of an experience with its grate fish and meat options, i personally also recommend the tiramisu which was jaw dropping. The location was also something me and my family really liked as it was easy to reach Treviso, Venezia, Padova and Asolo.
