  We enjoyed our stay, and appreciated staff assisting us with a couple of things we needed

  Liked: Excellent location and breakfast. Very helpful staff who went out of their way to help.

  Disliked: The room was a little cramped. The pillows were very flat.

  It was clean but very basic. The breakfast was very good but it was very noisy at night

  Disliked: The noise - very hard to sleep. The shower leaked and the hair dryer didn’t work.

  Great location, but major room and facility issues

  Liked: Central position Nice bathroom Breakfast was okay Good coffee (including alternative milk options)

  Disliked: Room mismatch: We booked a triple room for 3 adults, but instead we got a double room with an extremely squeaky extra bed. Uncomfortable beds & pillows: The main double bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were only about 5 cm high (really insufficient). Room features: Few power outlets, no seating area, and flimsy room doors that felt very easy for a stranger to open. Windows & Air quality: Windows could barely be opened—only one had ventilation, and the others were broken. The reception area was hot, stuffy, and had a gloomy atmosphere. No luggage storage: The reception lacked a proper luggage storage room, so we had to leave our bags next to the sofa in the reception area.
